Men: Step back on the right foot. Man's right hand to lady's right hand.

Women: Step back on the left foot.

Men: Step forward slightly, and bring the lady in to your right hand side.  Bring your right hand up to your left shoulder, keeping a grip on the hand: this is the signal for Yo-Yo.

Women: Step forward on your right foot into the man's right hand side, but don't turn.

Note: Your feet are now in a line, and you are both facing opposite directions.

Men: Sweep your right arm out, and turn the lady on the spot.  Your arm is now straight out to your right, at about the height of the lady's neck.

Women: Turn 180 degrees on the spot so that you are now facing in the same direction as the man.

Men: Take a small step to the left with your left foot (to steady yourself) and sweep the lady in front of you so that she is now facing you. Your right hand should now be up at head-height, and your should be palm-to-palm with the lady.

Women: Follow the man's hand, step in front of the man and turn to face him, ready for the spin.

Men: Push up over the lady's head to spin her on the spot.

Women: Do a 360 degrees spin on the spot. Turn on your right foot, spinning right-shoulder back (clockwise).

Men: Step back on the right foot and bring your hand back down, ready for the return.

Women: Step back on the right foot, ready for the return.

Men: Step in, and bring your hand up over the lady's head to spin her anti-clockwise on the spot.

Women: Step in, and spin 360 degrees on your left foot. Turn anti-clockwise (left shoulder back) on the spot.

Men: Step back on the right foot and bring your hand back down, ready for the next move.

Women: Step back on the left foot, ready for the next move.
