The Windmill is used instead of a normal return.  You cannot use the Windmill if the lady is back on the left foot - she must be back on the right.

Men: Step back on your right foot, man's right hand to lady's right hand.  There is no signal for the Windmill - men, you have to lead this well!

Women: Step back on your right foot.

Men: Lead the lady in to your right (pull down slightly when you do this), and as you do take a quarter turn to the left and bring your right hand up over the lady's head.

Women: Step forward on your left foot & turn anti-clockwise so that you face his back.

  Beat two-and-a-half!
Men: Lead your right hand down behind your back, and place the lady's hand in your left (this will happen next to the small of your back).

Women: Stay still, change hands!

Men: Take a quarter turn to the left, bringing your left hand up over the lady's head.

Women: Step through on your left foot past the man and turn anticlockwise (left shoulder back) to face him.

Men: Step back on the right foot, bringing the hand down.

Women: Step back on the left foot, ready for the next move.
