A good time to use this move would be coming out of a Short Butterfly.

Men: Step back on the right foot. Man's right hand to lady's right hand.  Man's left hand to lady's left hand.  The man's right hand is crossed over the top of the left hand.

Women: Step back on the left foot.

Men: Step forward, and bring the lady in to your left hand side.
Bring your right hand up to your left shoulder, keeping a grip on the hand, and your left hand down to your right hip.  This is the signal for the Secret Move.

Women: Step forward on your right foot into the man's right hand side, but don't turn.

Note: Your feet are now in a line, and you are both facing opposite directions.

Men: Sweep your right arm out, down and back, and turn the lady on the spot.  Your arm is now out to your right and slightly back, at hip height.  As you do this, take a step back on the outside foot.

Women: Turn 180 degrees on the spot so that you are now facing in the same direction as the man, and take a step back on your right foot (the outside foot).

Men: Bring your feet together and firmly sweep your arm round from your right to lead the lady in front of you.  When she is in front, free spin her. (Sharply flick your hand to the right, keeping it low: think of flicking a Frisbee)!

Women: Step forwards past the man on your left then your right foot. As your get just in front of the man he will spin you on your left foot, anticlockwise (left shoulder back) on the spot. You will finish the spin facing the man.

Men: Catch the lady's hand, and step back on the right foot ready for the next move.

Women: Come out of the spin and step back on the left ready for the next move.
