Man: Step back on your right foot. Man's right
hand to lady's right hand. Man's left hand to lady's left
hand.
Women: Step back on your left foot.

Men: Step in towards the lady, and bring both
hands directly up over the lady's head. At the top, swap hands so
you are now man's left to lady's right, and man's right to lady's left.
Women: Step in towards the man (face to face), and take your hands up over your head. |

Men: Step back on the right foot, holding on to
the lady's hands.
Women: Step back on the left foot ready for the next move. |
