Men: Step back on your right foot, man's right hand to lady's right hand. The signal for the Nigel's Move is the man's left hand behind his back, with the fingers visible out past his right side.

Women: Step back on your left foot.

Men: Step forward slightly, and bring the lady in to your right hand side.  Bring your right hand up to your left shoulder, and make it into a flat hand (i.e. don't hold on to the lady).

Women: Step forward into the man's right hand side, but don't turn.  You should notice the man's hand is now flat.  Place your right hand flat over the top of his.  Place your hand flat on the hand behind his back.

Note: Your feet are now in a line, and you are both facing opposite directions.

Men: With your right hand, sweep out to the right and before hitting the lady in the face raise your hand (from the elbow) vertically upward.

Women: Turn 180 degrees clockwise on the spot, and mirror the man with your right hand.

Men: Take a small step forward and to the right with your right foot, and with the left hand, push back and down to spin the lady.

Women: Take a small step back and to the left, and push off against the man's left hand to spin anticlockwise on the spot to face the man.

Men: Without moving your feet, pivot on the spot to face the woman, catch her right hand with your left.

Women: Catch the man's left hand and step back on the left ready for the next move.
