Men: Step back on your right foot. Man's left hand to lady's right hand. Man's right hand to
lady's left hand.
Women: Step back on your left foot. |

Men: Raise your right hand and move it across you your left.
You should be able to see the lady's face in the loop made with your
arm. Step in towards the lady, placing your head in the
loop. Quarter turn to the left, and place your left hand on your
belt.
Women: Step in behind the man, so you are facing his back. Your right hand should now be on his belt. |

Men: Let go of the lady's right hand. Step through on the
right foot and spin anti-clockwise to face the lady (you are now back
on your right). As you do so, catch the hand that is running
along your belt with your left hand.
Women: Step through with your right and pivot to face the man. Catch his extended hand. |

Men: Step in behind the woman, so you are facing her back. Your
right hand should now be on her waist.
Women: Raise your right hand and move it across to your left. You should be able to see the man's face in the loop made with your arm. Step in on your right foot towards the man, placing your head in the loop. Quarter turn to the left, and place your left hand on your waist. |

Men: Let go of the lady's left hand. Step through and back on
the right foot to face the lady. As you do so, pick up the
lady's left hand.
Women: Step through and pivot to face the man, back on the left foot. Catch his extended hand. |
