Men: Step back on your right foot. Man's right hand to lady's right hand.

Women: Step back on your let foot.

Men: Step forward slightly on your left then bring your right foot in so that your feet are together. Bring the lady in to your right hand side.
Bring your right hand up to your left shoulder, and make it into a flat hand (i.e. don't hold on to the lady).  This is the signal for a Hatchback.

Women: Step forward on your right foot so that you come into the man's right hand side, but don't turn.  You should notice the man's hand is now flat.  Place your hand flat over the top of his.

Note: Your feet are now in a line, and you are both facing opposite directions.

Men: Take a small step forward and to the right with your right foot.  With your right hand, sweep out to the right and down, to flick the lady into a spin behind you.

Women: This is a traveling spin. Step behind the man & turn on your left, right then left foot. You will turn 540 degrees (one & a half times) clockwise (right shoulder back). You will end up slightly behind the man. Step back on your right foot.

Men: Catch the lady's right hand with your left hand (palm outwards) as she comes out of the spin and step back on the right foot.

Women: Catch the man's offered left hand and step back on the right foot.

Men: Step in for a standard return, bring your left hand up over the lady's head to spin her on the spot.

Women: Step in on your left foot and spin 360 degrees anti-clockwise (left shoulder back) on the spot.

Men: Step back on the right foot, holding on to the lady's right hand.

Women: Come out of the spin, and step back on the left foot ready for the next move.
