The Change Places move is excellent for just swapping hands in the middle of the routine to get to those other moves you want to do!

Men: Step back on your right foot, man's left hand to lady's right hand. The signal for a change places is the right hand clenched and held at shoulder height, tucked in to the body.

Women: Step back on your left foot.

Men: Step in on the left foot, pull the lady in to your right, and take a quarter turn to the left.  Place the lady's right hand on your belt.

Women: Step in on your right foot so that you are at the man's right side. Take a quarter turn to the right.  You should now be facing the man's back. The man still has your right hand placed on his belt.

Men: Step through on the right foot, and pivot to face the woman.  Extend your right hand for the catch.

Women: Step though and turn to face the man so that you are back on the right.  Catch his right hand with your right.

Men: Step in for a standard return, bring your right hand up over the lady's head to spin her on the spot.

Women: Step in and spin 360 degrees anti-clockwise (left shoulder back) on your left foot. Turn on the spot.

Men: Step back on the right foot, holding on to the lady's right hand.

Women: Come out of the spin, and step back on the left foot ready for the next move.
