Men: Step back on your right foot, man's left hand to lady's right hand.  The signal for an Arch is the left hand being tweaked anticlockwise.

Women: Step back on your left foot.

Men: Step in on the left foot, and with the left hand lead down and back up again over the lady's head. At this point your right shoulder should now be just behind the lady's left shoulder.

Women: Step in to the man's right, and turn 180 degrees clockwise (right shoulder back) on the spot. The man raises your right hand above your head. Drop your left hand by your side.

Note: You should now be facing in the same direction.

Men: Step through on the right foot, and pivot to face the woman, bringing your hand down to waist level again.

Women: Complete the turn and step though to face the man so that you are back on the right.

Men: Step in for free-spin and spin the lady in an anticlockwise direction, making sure that the lead for this is short, firm, and downwards!

Women: Step in and spin 360 degrees anti-clockwise (left shoulder back) on your left foot. Turn on the spot.

Men: Step back on the right foot, catching the lady's left hand with your right.

Women: Come out of the spin, and step back on the left foot ready for the next move.
